Looking for korean/japanese Magazin 'Hanyang' [message #10594]

Dear list members,

I am searching for contact details of the Magazine 'Hanyang' (漢陽). It is a magazine in korean language, situated in Japan (possibly pro northkorean). I am looking for several articles which I know were published there in the 70's.
If anyone knows how to contact this magazine, or knows about issues available in European libraries, please send to my E-mail.

Hello Christian:

Not sure if it is a Chongryun magazine per se,
but you may want to ask either Sonia Ryang or
Tobias Hübinette (not sure if they are on this
list), they should know -- and know where to get
copies.

If it's from the 1970s one of the first places to look at would be:
Adami, Norbert R.
_Standortkatalog koreanischer Zeitschriften in Europa (Union
catalogue of Korean periodicals in Europe)_
At your Vienna U Library you find it under call number: AC01082259
... I don't have it with me, so I can't check now.

To my knowledge, there is no library in Korea that holds the title, but there are some in Japan.
The followings are the holdings info. of the Japanese academic libraries that have the magazine in their holdings.

According to the bib info. of the title, there is an index for the 1962-1982 issues. And for the contact info.
